Your entry will be automatically entered upon submission of the entry form. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted with the entry form. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the 48 Continental United States (i.e., excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years of age, except employees of Mansueto Ventures LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees. Submission of the entry form constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s submitted information for purposes of marketing and promotion. Only one entry per e-mail address.
Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, Mansueto Ventures will randomly select One (1) Winner on or about June 1, 2012. The Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about June 5, 2012. The Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release; the Winner must return all such items within ten (10) days, or an alternate winner may be selected.
The Winner will receive two (2) tickets Art Basel Miami Beach 2012, two coach round-trip airfare tickets to Miami, Florida and two-night stay (in one room) at a hotel in Miami. Estimated Fair Market Value of the Prize is $2,500.00. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prizes of comparable value, in whole or in part, for any reason. THE WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING ANY AND ALL INCOME, SALES OR EXCISE TAXES THAT MAY APPLY TO ACCEPTING PRIZES; SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL NOT PAY ANY SUCH TAXES.
Neither Mansueto Ventures nor its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, nor their promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web site or otherwise violating these rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
To obtain the names of the Winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Mansueto Ventures, LLC, c/o Fast Company Art Basel Sweepstakes, 7 World Trade Center, New York, NY 10007-2195, after June 5, 2012. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations; void where prohibited or restricted by law.
